Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jil4 online gaming platform, available at jil4.app and any associated mobile applications, products, or services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by jil4 and is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on jil4, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and jil4.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register for a jil4 account and must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of jil4 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility Requirements
To open and maintain a jil4 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, or other legal entities may not register accounts on jil4.
- You must be located within a jurisdiction where access to and participation in online casino gaming is lawful. Players are solely responsible for determining whether participation is legal in their jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jil4 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jil4 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
jil4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance.
Account Registration
To use jil4's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following rules apply to all jil4 account registrations:
- One account per person: Each individual may register only one jil4 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud under these Terms.
- Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Peso account currency: All jil4 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PHP.
- Verification: jil4 will verify your registered Philippine mobile number via SMS OTP during registration. Additional Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — including government-issued photo identification — will be required before any withdrawal is processed.
- Account accuracy maintenance: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change in your personal details must be communicated to jil4 support promptly.
jil4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
Account Security & Password Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jil4 account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication codes or OTPs received via your registered mobile number.
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must not permit any other person to access or use your jil4 account on your behalf.
- You must notify jil4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting Live Chat or emailing [email protected].
- jil4 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as unauthorized and reported immediately.
jil4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any transactions completed using your account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — will be treated as having been authorized by you unless you have previously notified jil4 of a security compromise.
Deposits & Payment Methods
jil4 accepts deposits exclusively via approved Philippine payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — funding a jil4 account using payment credentials that belong to another person — are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud.

jil4 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods originating from outside the Philippines. All funds deposited to jil4 are held in segregated player funds accounts and are not used for operational purposes.
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time subject to the following conditions:
- Identity verification: Full KYC verification, including a valid government-issued photo ID, must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted Philippine government IDs include: Philippine passport, SSS card, GSIS card, driver's license (LTO), PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), and National ID (PhilSys).
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified in the player's name. jil4 does not process third-party withdrawals.
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
- Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes on average. InstaPay and PesoNet withdrawals are processed within one business day.
- Wagering requirement: Funds deposited but subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
jil4 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason for it.
Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program
jil4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Wagering requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings generated from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible account holders only. jil4 may restrict or exclude specific players from specific offers at its discretion.
- One bonus at a time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time.
- Bonus expiry: All bonus credits have an expiry date from the time of issuance. Bonus credits not used and wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
- Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a jil4 bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to the use of automated play, coordinated play with other accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jil4 may void all bonus-related winnings and close the accounts involved.
The jil4 Royal Rewards loyalty program rewards players with tier points for real-money wagering across all game categories. Tier points and loyalty benefits are subject to the specific program rules published on the jil4 platform and may be modified at any time.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games offered on the jil4 platform are subject to the individual game rules published within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
All digital casino games on jil4 use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. The RNG certification ensures that outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and uninfluenced by the platform, the game provider, or any player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available upon request.

Prohibited Conduct

- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any jil4 game
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for monetary gain without reporting them to jil4
- Using the jil4 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means into a jil4 account
- Abusing or threatening jil4 staff, support agents, or other players
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction after funds have been used for wagering
- Accessing the jil4 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
Responsible Gaming
jil4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to support those players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified jil4 account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after a limit reduction request.

Intellectual Property
All content on the jil4 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interfaces, sounds, music, videos, images, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to jil4 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jil4 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jil4 content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game software or platform code
- Use the jil4 brand, logo, or name in any context not expressly authorized in writing by jil4
- Frame or mirror any portion of the jil4 platform on any other website
Any unauthorized use of jil4 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jil4's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jil4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or inability to use the jil4 platform
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game
- Unauthorized access to or use of your jil4 account
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content
- Events beyond jil4's reasonable control, including internet service outages, network congestion, or Philippine public infrastructure issues
Nothing in these Terms limits jil4's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by jil4's negligence.
Account Termination & Suspension
jil4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jil4 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has violated any provision of these Terms
- The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Continuation of the account poses a risk to jil4, other players, or third parties
- The player no longer meets the eligibility requirements
- jil4 is required to do so under applicable law or a direction from PAGCOR
Players may also close their own jil4 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and deduction of any applicable charges.
Upon account termination for cause, jil4 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any funds confirmed as originating from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jil4 Platform shall first be submitted to jil4's customer support team for informal resolution. jil4 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable gaming regulatory authority, in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints and dispute resolution procedures.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
jil4 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via:
- A notice posted on the jil4 homepage and/or the player account dashboard
- An SMS notification to the player's registered Philippine mobile number, for significant changes
The amended Terms will take effect on the date stated in the update notice. If you continue to use the jil4 Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your jil4 account before the effective date of the changes.
The current version of these Terms is always available on the jil4 website at jil4.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
